Meditation has largely become mainstream and is widely accepted as an antidote for physical and emotional stress. Like any muscle, your meditation muscle strengthens with repetition. I have taught meditation in our community for over 12 years in order to provide opportunities to practice through classes at ecce.
Living mindfully is itself a practice in acceptance and allowing life to unfold with more ease and less resistance (or suffering). Meditation can build that capacity for mindfulness, improving overall wellbeing. My classes demystify meditation and can be a radical form of self-love/care.
