Meditation is a practice that calms the body, mind and spirit. It grounds and tempers emotion and your response to those you encounter. In times of deep divide, anger, fear, and uncertainty, meditation is an effective and healthy response.
Join Gina Sandgren for a “drop-in” style mindful meditation class. You will be able to become more comfortable and familiar with a meditation practice and will learn tools that will allow you to establish a home based practice. The class runs 7 weeks but is an open course so you can register for individual classes below. $15/per class.
